Your privacy matters. This Privacy Statement explains how Pimentel Services Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information across all iOS applications we develop and publish, including but not limited to:

  • Tool Tracker Pro
  • Time Tracker Pro
  • Time Tracker Cloud
  • ToolManagerPro
  • Construction Logger Pro
  • PlumbLog
  • MyRecipes
  • Any future apps released under our developer account

This statement also applies to our website and any services or support systems connected to our apps.

1. Overview

We design our apps for tradespeople, professionals, and general users who value reliability, privacy, and security. Our apps are built with a privacy-first approach:

  • No unnecessary data collection
  • No third-party tracking
  • No advertising SDKs
  • No sale or sharing of personal information

Any data created in our apps stays on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account, under your exclusive control.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide

Depending on the app, you may enter:

  • Project or job-site details
  • Tool information, photos, and categories
  • Manpower logs, reports, notes, or tasks
  • Company name, email, phone, and basic profile fields
  • Custom settings or preferences within the app

This data is used only inside the apps to provide their intended functionality.
We do not collect or transmit your personal content to our own servers.

2.2. Device Permissions

Some apps may request access to:

Camera

Used only when you choose to take photos for tools, receipts, job-site documentation, etc.

Photo Library

Used only to select images to attach to tools, reports, or notes. We never access photos you do not select.

Location (If Applicable)

Some apps (e.g., Time Tracker Pro, job-site apps) may use location only for:

  • Clock-in/clock-out validation
  • Job-site tagging
  • Geofencing features (when enabled)

Location data is never sent to us and never sold or shared.

Microphone (Rare/If Needed)

Only used if an app supports voice notes or speech-to-text for user convenience.

2.3. Analytics & Diagnostics

We do not include third-party analytics frameworks.
We do not track user behavior or usage patterns.
We do not collect personally identifiable information.

If you enable Apple’s optional system analytics, Apple may send anonymized crash logs or diagnostic data to developers. This is controlled entirely by Apple and your device settings.

3. Data Storage & Syncing

On-device Storage

Most app data is stored locally using SwiftData, Core Data, or secure iOS container storage.

iCloud Syncing (When Available)

Some apps allow you to sync your data across devices using Apple’s CloudKit.
If enabled:

  • Data is stored in your private iCloud database
  • Only you (via your Apple ID) have access to it
  • We cannot access, view, or modify your iCloud-stored data
  • Apple securely manages all transmission and storage

You may disable iCloud syncing at any time in device Settings.

4. Data Sharing

We never:

  • Sell personal data
  • Share data with third parties for marketing
  • Use advertising networks
  • Track you across other apps or websites

Your data is used only to power the apps you choose to use.

5. Data Exports & Backups

Many of our apps allow you to export:

  • CSV files
  • PDF reports
  • JSON backups
  • Screenshots or logs

Exports are generated on your device, and you choose where they go (Files, email, AirDrop, etc.).
Handle exports carefully, as they may contain sensitive information.

6. Data Deletion & User Control

You have full control over your data:

  • Delete individual records (tools, projects, logs, etc.)
  • Reset all data within the app via Settings (when provided)
  • Remove the app to delete local data
  • Disable iCloud for the app to remove cloud-synced data
  • Request support if you want guidance on wiping or exporting data

We cannot delete your in-app or iCloud data on your behalf because we do not have access to it.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are intended for professionals and general adult users.
We do not target children or knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

All apps follow Apple’s platform security guidelines:

  • Secure sandboxed storage
  • Encrypted iCloud syncing (when enabled)
  • No external servers
  • No external data sharing

Your data remains private, secure, and under your control.

9. Updates to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement to reflect new features, changes in laws, or improvements in our practices.
When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
