📘 Getting Started
1. Downloading & Installing Apps
All apps are distributed through the Apple App Store.
Search for the app name or visit the App Store link provided on each product page.
2. First-Time Setup
Most apps require minimal configuration.
Common setup steps include:
- Allowing optional permissions (Camera, Photos, Location—only if needed)
- Adjusting preferences in the app’s Settings screen
- Enabling iCloud sync (optional and user-controlled)
- Creating categories, projects, tools, or logs, depending on the app

🔧 Troubleshooting Guide
App won’t open or freezes
Try the following:
- Force-quit the app
- Restart your device
- Ensure iOS is up to date
- Delete and reinstall the app (make sure you have backups or iCloud sync enabled)
iCloud Sync Not Working
iCloud syncing requires:
- Same Apple ID on all devices
- iCloud is enabled for the specific app
Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Show All → (App Name) - A stable internet connection
- Time for CloudKit to propagate changes
If sync still fails, contact support.
Missing Data or Records
Depending on the app:
- Check if the record exists on another device (iCloud sync delay)
- Ensure iCloud was not disabled recently
- Ensure the App was not reset under Settings
- Check your filters (e.g., “All Types”, categories, search)
Support can help recover or confirm the behavior.
Camera or Photos Access Denied
If an app uses photos (e.g., tools, job-site reports), make sure access is enabled:
Settings → Privacy → Camera / Photos → (App Name)
Exporting (PDF/CSV) Doesn’t Work
Try:
- Rebooting the device
- Ensuring there is an app installed that can open files (e.g., Files, Mail, Notes)
- Checking available storage
- Using a different share option (AirDrop, Files, Email, etc.)
💡 Tips for Best Performance
- Keep iOS updated
- Keep apps updated from the App Store
- Enable iCloud if you want multi-device syncing
- Back up your device regularly
- Clean up unused categories, projects, or tool entries
- Use the export features to archive important data
