How do I export my hours?
Open Logs → Export → CSV, choose a date range, then tap Share to save or send the file.
How do I sync data across devices?
Enable iCloud Sync in Settings and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Allow notifications for Time Tracker Pro in iOS Settings, then enable the specific reminders you want in the app’s Settings.
Where are my photos and attachments stored?
All attachments remain on your device unless iCloud sync is enabled; then they sync privately via your iCloud account.

Troubleshooting

Forgot to clock out

Reopen the app; the running shift is highlighted. Tap Clock Out and adjust the end time if necessary.

Weather not appearing

Enable Weather in Settings and grant Location: While Using the App.

CSV won’t open

Open with Numbers/Excel, or upload to Google Sheets. Ensure the file uses the .csv extension.

iCloud sync delays

Confirm the same Apple ID is used and iCloud Drive is enabled for the app on all devices.

Privacy & Data

No ads. No tracking. No third‑party analytics SDKs. Your data lives on your device and — if you enable sync — in your private iCloud (CloudKit) account. We only request permissions required for features you choose: Location (tag entries), Notifications (reminders), Calendar (scheduling), Photos/Camera (attachments).
